Lady Blue

The Lady Blue is a fast and fierce interceptor. Built to race past defences with it's high speed and small profile to pick away at vital components or blow away key targets in an enemy's attacking force.

-Twin large forward thrusters give it extreme acceleration in a strait line. Multiple reverse small thrusters allow it to brake almost as fast.

-Triple gyroscopes and multiple verticle thrusters give it rapid rolling and banking capability. Always roll and pull up into your turns and your velocity almost instantly orient in the direction you are facing.

-Lateral thrust is relativly weak. Don't rely on it stoping your slides if you yaw too much at high speeds. Roll and bank instead.

-Twin gattling guns and twin missile racks give it just enogh firepower for hit and runs on light targets. Use for recon, bomber interception, and hit and fades of lightly defended targets. Gattling Guns all connected via conveyers for easy reloading from the rear cargo bay.

-Multiple small reactor cores in the inner spine of the ship all connected via conveyers for easy reloading from the rear cargo bay.

-Lightly armored, with heavy armor on the nose and along a sparse heavy armor "skeleton" to vital parts of the ship (Best seen from underside).



To those that say this is an A-Wing fighter from Star Wars, I won't deny it. There was definatly inspiration when I was thinking about the twin thrusters, but I wouldn't call it a replica.

I tried to make it my own while keeping the spirit of the A-wing an obvious part of it.

More of an homage then an imitation.

...but yeah it tottaly looks like an A-wing, but more slim.
