Metal Gear Solid Defeat Sound - "Snake? Snaaaaake!"

Replaces the Defeat music with the famous "Snake? Snaaaaaaaake!" game over clip!

May need to use "snd_restart" in the console before you can get it to work.

This was intended to work for co-op modes, not sure if it works for the PVP.

I decided to compile this mod myself because I couldn't find it after searching "Metal Gear" in the workshop menu. If aybody HAS uploaded this before and I seem to have missed it (the search menu is incredibly buggy, after all) feel free to ask me to remove it and I will do so.
