you are inside a parking lot near downtown.
take all the trophies and kill all your ex-colleagues.
be aware !! there are tranq-guns around the escape car. So turn off the electricity before taking it :)

Yeah loot blocking....I don't know if blocks just the loot spawn in that square or it covers a broader area :P
