I know you may not like this map but if you want to get the finished game and have a billion or so people on your population and have houses build super fast this is the mod for you. this mod has custom changes made to it and i don't know but it might have several million belief i will be creating a mod for this map and so on.
do be aware that the map starts in really bad condition but all the powers may be unlocked go ahead and try, this mod isn't really professional but give it a try and tell me about it.
