VAI smoothness with SIMPLE HARMONIC MOTION. "SHMs" (google 'simple harmonic motion') haven't been utilized in smoothness training but I believe that THEY SHOULD as all motion can be described in terms of a composition of SHMs. SHMs are like the building blocks of motion. (google fourier series)
