Amalgamation: Aegis Defender 2.0 Specialization

This mod changes the Aegis Defender Tertiary spec into a secondary spec with, of course, changes to it's exclusions.

Dependencies:

All the perks come from the perk packs that are required from Amalgamation Classes WOTC.
WotC Ballistic Shields states that Primary Secondaries is required but it can be safely ignored.
