and converting it for pulsar is not only geting rid of UI, (it still have legacy non imgui UI) but also downgrading from NET.framework 9.0 to a 4.8 and then maintaining both.
and SEENG has aplied to a pulsar hub before, on its early development stages, but due its code being, quote on quote *not pure enough* and tons of made up rules and restrictions that are not even stated anywhere, i gave up on making it compatable for both plugin loaders.
SEENG already uses custom data config
but not for selected engine, its a planed feature for the next update.
