Automatically alerts you audibly, and visually to incoming storms,

d0 is your weather station
d1 is your Klaxxon Speaker
d2 is your flashing light named: Klaxxon
d3 is a logic memory cell (mode 0 reset/nothing, 1 is storm incoming, 2 storm is 2 minutes away, 3 storm is here and running)
d4 is a push button to silence the storm sirens (resets after the storm)

it DOES write to all speakers at 100% volume, I MIGHT add in a potentiometer for volume down the road, perhaps namehashing for specific speakers.
