The year is 2050. A series of wars and natural disasters have led to years of famine and diseases in the world, while the elite benefit from technological developpment that drastically increase their average lifespan.
Seeing the inequalities and sufferings humanity has put on itself, the Trisolarans, an alien civilization from the Alpha Centauri stellar system, decided to help them out a bit — by releasing a mind-controlling "potentially lethal" parasite, of course!
You, being one of the most brilliant scientists Trisolaris has ever had, have been tasked with designing and releasing this parasite onto the Earth and its inhabitants. Will you go down a path of redemption, or will you release chaos upon the world...?
