They’re 30 graffiti collectibles tied to Fletcher’s request from the Makom Bar. Talk to him to start. Your crosshair swells when you’re close to one. Most sit on rooftops or high ledges, so plan vertical paths and glide gaps you know you can clear. Turn in all 30 to Fletcher for the achievement, plus new dialogue. No, the game won’t mark them on your map for you. But you knew that if you’ve already done the I.A.O. cameras and Cross of Saint James sets.

  • Alley between Haven and St. Stephens, north wall, directly south of Haven.
  • Southwest of Glacier Hotel, across the street, south rooftop, east wall.
