Digital Circuit Breaker with hysteresis

Description
Removes the need for a Fuse for heavy cables (100kW max).

Digital Circuit Breaker triggers at 99.5kW and has a hysteresis of 10kW to prevent rapid toggling.

When actual power on the connected cable drops below 89.5kW it turns on automaticly, above 89.5kW it needs to be turn on manually again.
