Machete and Baseball Bat UV Mapped to 4Melee Texture

Description
The fireaxe and frying pan share the same texture file of "4melee_weapons". For those in the audience that can count that leaves 2 extra melees in that texture that aren't represented.
Those melees are the machete and baseball bat which were later on made to use their own bespoke texture files.

This simply makes the machete and baseball bat use the 4melee texture which features their early designs.
Replaces machete and baseball bat models.

@Kyle H. McCloud I would HIGHLY recommend you to download the "Motion Blur Removal Continued" mod, you can find it here in the workshop by that exact name. It basically hides all motion blur effects from melee weapons, chargers, and hunters. The game looks so much better without those weird effects.

Would it be possible to change the color of the bat's motion blur to gray instead of brown? I think you should be able to swap out the bat's blur particle for the katana's blur particle in the QC file, but I'm not sure.
