Allows tactical battles in urban areas (campaign mode).
Also allows you to call in 2 support units and 2 air units out of the total 5 units.
The base game only allows one unit of each.
I've tested about ten turns in the campaign, and so far, AI ​​seems to handle this change well.
I'm not sure I'll keep the two support units, but since I haven't seen AI ​​misuse this option, I'm continuing to test this formula.
The duration of the phases is also extended ->
Phase A 10 min ----- Phase B 15 min ----- Phase C 20 min
The total time increases from 40 min in vanilla to 45 min
The total score is increased from 2000 to 2250 to balance everything out.
