Description
(1) Adds a button to the right-click menu to cancel treaties.
(2) Adds a button in the Outliner to cancel expired treaties.
(3) Adds a button in the Outliner to renegotiate treaties.


* Technical Details: This mod override types of the country_panel.gui and outliner_pinnable_types.gui
- outliner_pinnable_types.gui / pinnable_outliner_items / type: outliner_compact_treaty_item
- country_panel.gui / country_panel_treaties_types / type: compact_treaty_item
- Please let me know if you encounter any conflicts with other mods you are using.

I think when Turkish is selected, the buttons don't fit in the relevant area.
