[VScript] Fixed Advisor Car alarms

Description
Edits the alarmable_car_advisor.nut script to allow TripAlarm() to be triggered 3 times and some other misc fixes

I couldn't get footage or screenshots of Advisor throwing cars at you :/
So sorry for the lack of screenshots
But basically, this mod fixes the advisor car scripts to trigger 3 times instead of 1

@Niko i couldn't take screenshots of a Advisor throwing cars (it didn't spawn for me) and i was too lazy to make a good icon and thumbnail for a vscript mod

i think a cat girl as a screenshot for this mod wouldn't be a good idea
