Modded Homicide flashlight— Realistic Flashlight System

The flashlight plays a **critical role** in survival and immersion: **you do NOT have access to it upon spawn**. This adds tension, realism, and strategy — especially in dark maps.
The flashlight exists as a **physical entity** — spawn it via the Q-menu, **pick it up with E**, and only then can you use it with **F**. Upon death, access is lost — you must find and pick up a new one.
