GunGale Online Death Icons

Description
I got bored, so I created this simple script that mimics the death icons from GGO (GunGale: Online) anime.

When a player and/or special infected dies it will show this death icon. Common infected does not show anything. It also shows "Resigned" if a player disconnects.

The death icon also applies to Tanks and Witches.

Note: All clients connecting to your local server (or dedicated) require to subscribe to this addon to see it.
