After the revolts in Naples Trajan learned that Sparanus spent lots of denarii for the downfall of the revolting towns. Angered for not surveying the economy of a roman city, Trajan sent Sparanus to a boatride across the mediterranian sea to Asia. The landscape there was arid and not in a good shape. Now 5 years later he learned that Egyptian soldiers have seized the cities of Halicarnassus and Iconium and tasked you to found a coastal town in a tight shoreline where there is limited space to build from but with a big fertile spot for many pastures.
