I have updated the patch for More Bookmarks+, and My updated 1.17 Cultural Assimilation

Original Description for the Original Patch

Patch for Leviathonlx's More Bookmarks+ mod and my own update to Cultural Assimilation (originally by Emperor Scorpio).

It solves two conflicts: one in the gui and another in the scripted triggers. The assimilation button will now show up, and cultural minority triggers from More Bookmarks+ have been incorporated. ^^

Place this patch after/lower in load order than Cultural Assimilation and More Bookmarks+. The order of the two main mods is irrelevant otherwise.
