EP1 Rocket Crate Fix

Description
Restores HL2's original rocket crate model to both episodes. For some inexplicable reason EP1's was changed to be a mix of the "used" rocket and grenade crate contents awkwardly clipping into each other.

Alternatively, check out V92's lovely Ammo Crate Rework mod if you'd like a more vanilla+ look.
