Northern Mariana Islands Achievement pack

Description
This adds a playable league in Northern Mariana Islands (NMI) consisting of 1 cup and First Division, both only containing 1 match each. Included is the NMI Goal of the Month, Goal of the Year and Manager of the Year awards to help with achievements.


Edit: So, I may have forgotten to add the Team of the Year as well as Manager of the Month. Also, Goal of the Month and Goal of the Year aren't working for some reason. Neither is "Win a nation's top league and cup competitions in the same season".
