They are designed to be like George in a way, almost unkillable. They will die but they only take damage when their mouth is open. They also have about 20x the normal health, meaning some weapons are weak against them (raygun included). Some weapons are OP against the margwa, snipers/shotguns having more effect. They are designed this way to be a nuisance, to keep you moving and keep you on your toes. This is a challenge map after all.
