1983 Neoplan TransLiner

This is a shoddy recreation of the Neoplan TransLiner, a somewhat successful model of bus built in the United States between 1981 and 2005 by Neoplan USA in 30, 35, 40, and 60 foot lengths in Lamar, CO, Honey Brook, PA, and Brownsville TX. This specific model is of a 1983 model built for Pennsylvania transit agencies dubbed the "PennLiner." in 35 and 40 foot lengths.

The template can be used to color the body of the bus as well as various bits. There are several models contained within the mod and each one has to have the texture applied individually. This allows the user to apply a livery to a number of parts of the bus at a time including the body, windows, and window frames. Please note that the windows and window frames are colored as part of the TEXTURE and not as part of the boxes.

New Livery Guidelines:
Livery creation and model edits are free as long as you make the livery/edit a livery of the original. Once that's done, feel free to post even without my permission. Please do not re-upload my base liveries whole (if there are any), although you MAY re-use pieces of them. PATCHES over the letters/numbers are a modification I will accept in an uploaded livery.
