BI Test get updated and the political screen is a mess. You can subscribe this mod and keep playing on ur older save, when the game was started during Sep 29th and Oct 17th.

Make sure only use this mod, not the Blackice TEST mod, as Blackice TEST is the latest and coflict with each other.
