Auto Adjust Base Rent

This mod uses code injection to provide the following functionality: at 24:00 every day, before collecting rent from tenants, it automatically aligns the base rent data of all tenants with the current economic situation.

This mod is not plug-and-play like most Workshop items.
You must first download the BepInEx framework from
https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/download/v5.4.23.4/BepInEx_win_x86_5.4.23.4.zip
Extract it to the game root folder, then search and copy AutoAdjustBaseRent.dll into
<GameRoot>/BepInEx/plugins folder.
After that, launch the game—only then will the mod be active.
