Faster roads X3

Description
Ever hated how slowly villagers move around your village? No more!

Dirt roads are now much faster, 3X speed boost when travelling on dirt roads.

You can also now travel at double the speed on public paths and roads. (this more than likely applies to brigands/bandits too, so take care! haha)

Understood, hopefully the 2x one is a bit better for you.
I'm not 100% sure what the value means, as all it says for the default dirt road is "1.2"
I assume that's a 20% boost, so I set it to "2.4"
So even that might be too high, but do give it a go and let me know

I'm going to give the 2X one a try now, but the dirt ones were the main culprit for being super fast

Lmao the super speed applied to the player is insane. Perhaps we could get a 2X version? As much as I love flying across roads, it's a lil immersion breaking when I turn into the flash.
