Satsuki Rin is an unused character in Touhou Koumakyou ~ the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
She was originally planned to be the third playable player character, but due to insufficient development time during the production phase, this character was ultimately not implemented. Currently, only residual relevant strings can be found in the main program of EoSD. This character has never actually appeared, has no official design, no official artwork in primary settings, and no descriptions of any design.

The production of this leader by Snowberry Club was full of twists and turns. Because the only descriptions of her abilities on Touhou Wiki are "Wind Sign" and "Flower Sign", the production of the leader's abilities and other elements will inevitably involve secondary creation. This is unavoidable, and we hope everyone likes it and supports us a lot.

Leader: Satsuki Rin

Leader Abilities:

Players gain an additional 125 Culture points each time an event is triggered, stacking by era.

Cultural buildings gain an additional +2 Culture.

Units gain +2 Movement.

The capital gains one unique resource (Spell Card Confirmed)

Leader Agenda: Likes civilizations with high Culture, dislikes civilizations that form alliances everywhere (Yes, you read that right—it's the same agenda as Napoleon)

Monument 2: Flower Sign "Flowers of the Four Seasons"

Monument 3: Final Fantasy "In the Cradle Brimming with Light"
