Description
Some tweaks to restriction settings of other mods This will be just some minor settings changes at first, but I have a vision in mind on how to help unify some frameworks to make everyone's lives a bit simpler when it comes to restrictions.
Added welding and modification to all RE locks.
Added locking capabilities to Thrall Wars restricting gear.
Be sure this mod is loaded after Restricted Exiles, and Thrall Wars.

If modifying the lock picking (to be more than 1 pin) proves to be too complicated then removing it for the items listed below (prey collars, cursed collars and cuffs and cuffs of running slave) would also be perfectly acceptable since that would leave them still as modifiable with padlocks and weldable.
Again, love this mod for what it is and it's potential! Thank you!

Love this! There is some small issues though with the added lock picking to prey collars, cursed collars and cuffs and cuffs of running slave. They only have one pin making lock picking extremely easy for those items. There may be other small issues like that, I haven't tested everything. Yet.

No new gear. Just blueprint and data table adjustments to existing equipment. So not new pictures to post.
