This mod introduce a lightly armoured patrol van with window guards, loudspeakers, cameras and scanners. It can transport a large amount of troop and equipment.

This vehicle comes from the People's Armed Police, a Chinese gendarmerie organization, primarily responsible for internal security, riot control, counter-terrorism, disaster response, law enforcement and maritime rights protection as well as providing support to the People's Liberation Army (PLA) during wartime.
