GM_C17_REBUILD is a remake of the Half-Life 2 Beta map c17_01 from 2001!

I made this map as a fun little project to bring the old beta layout into the modern Half-Life 2 style. It’s a small and simple map with a few new spots you can use to decorate or set up your own shops. This is actually my very first Garry’s Mod map, so I really hope you enjoy exploring it!

- Full Nextbot support (thanks to a proper nav mesh).
