Description
This mod reduces the maxSpeed, enginePower, and peakTorque variables for all vehicles in the Toyota's of War series of mods.
Both the server and the client must have this mod enabled in order for it to work correctly.

Can you do a texture fix? most of the textures from mod load with errors
