Doublegaijin's Wenz's Tag lambda decal replacer

Description
A small texture replacer based on the single player mod "New Times". A recreation of the tag left behind by the mysterious metrocop Wenz. This mod replaces all the large 512 x 512 lambda logos that signal supply caches. Features alpha channels and glows a faint blue making it easy to spot.
