Dual Pistol Sound Fix (VScript Version)

Description
The dual pistols by default use the wrong firing sound for their respective pistols.
You know this already because of the 7 billion dual pistol sound fix mods that "fix" this by just swapping the firing order.

This mod fixes it with a VScript so it'll be compatible with custom pistol mods while also allowing the right-hand pistol to fire first.

@Kyle H. McCloud This happens to me on a dedicated server hosted on SAME pc, i can only imagine how bad it is for other players. This is why i suggested restricting it to localhost player on my previous message.

I think I've found an issue, actually. I don't know if this can be easily fixed, but here goes:

If you shoot your dual pistols fast enough, the sounds will interrupt each other and force only one sound to play at a time, creating unnatural audio clipping. I double checked and this does not happen in vanilla -- the sounds don't get cut off no matter how fast you fire.

Other than that, no issues.

You need to limit this to local server host player only, for any joining player it will have too much delay.

This is a godsend, bless your heart. I'm surprised it took so long for a mod like this to exist but there's FINALLY a perfect solution to this problem. Enjoy your Steam Points :Fistofdosh:
