Move speed boost in town

Description
Super simple mod that boosts your movement speed while in town to make running around shops less tedious.

If you want a more advanced version of this, check out my Out of combat speed boost (link). Note that these will conflict with each other - use only one.

Modifies scripts\Behaviors\Actors\Player\Player.as
