Description

I've never liked the odd inconsistency in the blue color of the Citadel when compared to the more grey-looking Combine architecture. Using kitter's "Consistent Citadel Edit" mod as a base, I recolored the default Citadel model to better match how it appears in promotional art and in Episode 1.
