Billy Hatcher(ZG) - Riders

Currently hoping that Billy Hatcher will get a chance to reappear in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds.

Who knows if he will, but until then, I remembered that there was a Riders Cream character mod for this game that has her on her board acting like how she did in OG Riders. The creator of that mod, HappyGuy4You, also made a tool that allows you to replace Cream and her board with any character + board, with custom animations that makes them suided for extreme gear. So I decided for this character mod, I was gonna rip and put in Billy Hatcher and his extreme gear, the Power Egg, from Zero Gravity into The Karters 2 thanks to their Riders Tool!

Hope you guys enjoy using him, and here's hoping he makes an official return at some point.
