Revamped and Edited Metrocops

Description
Got a suggestion to combine two mods into one, I realized they would look nice combined into one so I decided to make it and add some misc improvements and details as well.


THIS MOD INCLUDES:
- Fixed boot soles taken from the beta metrocop textures
- Fixed gloves
- Removed white details from the uniform (legs, shoulders..)
- Added glow to the metrocop's tech (radio and gadgets)
- Changed the pants and the armband's color to a blue, similar to my RRC mod
- Armband redone for better quality

i think i can find the model and the textures in that one russian hl beta site that i forgot the name. if i manage to find it, i'll give it a try to "retail-ify" it
