A variation of Cooktown Fantasy Project by Tobias Unicorn.

Changed the road layout and industries. Needs mods, orignally there were too many industries which was stressing me out :D
Swapped them with modded (nicer looking) versions outputing much more - using the same ratios.

Feel free to tweak further. No need to ask or mention.
