ONE - Class 90 Reskin

Adds a ONE livery to cw_315's Class 90 v2. Of course, I only realised such a repaint already existed after I finished my mod, though discontinued.

This livery isn't designed to be completely historically accurate, as I omitted the "Anglia" text, and the colour is probably a different shade than it should be.
