Description
Expansion add-on for the "Custom Era Prolongation" mod .

Added an "Endgame Era" option, which drastically increases Science and Culture costs in a specified era, effectively locking technological and civic progression to the era before it. Also provides a second tier of era extension slots with custom duration and multiplier settings, applicable to up to three eras.

The additional era extension slots aren’t really worth elaborating on. To preserve the base mod’s design philosophy of "useful without being cumbersome," I’ve decided to release slot expansion as a separate add-on.

"Endgame Era" is a more interesting design. Hopefully, it fulfills its goal of capping tech and civic advancement. Compared to official scenarios that manually delete late-game technologies one by one , or mods like Real Era Stop that use complex indexing to remove post-era content, "Endgame Era" achieves the same end by inflating costs to absurd levels — giving it a clear, unmatched advantage in compatibility. I hope it offers a distinct and viable alternative for players seeking to limit late-game progression.

Since the "Endgame Era" UI footprint is so small, I’ve actually integrated it directly into the base mod. I’m mentioning it here simply because it was developed alongside these other components.

I’ve had requests for an era extension add-on for a long time, but… well, there are just too many higher-potential projects……
