[BNW] Sas's South Africa - PW Botha

This mod adds South Africa under apartheid's "great crocodile", P.W. Botha, to the game! Here are the facts as they really are: 1, bananas are marsupials. 2, cars run on gravy. 3, salmon live in trees and eat pencils! And 4, this is the best South African mod to grace the steam workshop! At least, according to grok, I'd guess.

This mod replaces the City-State of Cape Town with Moroni.

South Africa - P.W. Botha

Die Groot Krokodil: Cities are founded as Puppets, and each owned Puppet increases the speed at which other cities produce Military Units. National Wonders increase Production in Puppet cities, especially those that were formerly Capitals or City-States.

Eland: Unique Anti-Tank Gun for PW Botha's South Africa which costs more than the unit it replaces, but moves much faster (4 vs 2), can move after attacking, and receives a large Combat Bonus near Puppeted or Occupied cities. Gains a Siege bonus against Capital Cities, including City-States.

Voortrekker Monument: Unique Opera House for PW Botha's South Africa. May not be built by Puppet cities, but yields an additional +2 Culture per Puppet city within 6 tiles of its city and opens an additional Great Work slot if its city has a National Wonder. Any Great Work slots provided by a Voortrekker Monument provide +3 XP to newly-trained units when filled.

Includes mod support for Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
