Loading Screen Messages Rework

The mod aims to make the loading screen look more like it was originally intended to be by the developers. It's similar to the Loading Screen Quotes mod, which is now outdated, as it doesn't contain quotes about Tomb Kings or any other stuff added with the updates.

This mod reworks the messages that are displayed on the loading screen.

Features:

• The game now displays quotes during loadings like in other TW games. There are overall 434 loreful quotes from various characters and sources of Warhammer world. All of them are extracted from the game files of TW Warhammer I‒II and initially should have been in the game, but something went wrong, and they were never implemented. The mod doesn't contain any other quotes aside of these official ones. Only a few typos have been corrected.
  
• Loading screen tutorials are still active, but there is much fewer chance for you to see them.
  
• However, there is a slightly greater chance to see a description of a race or some lore of magic. Descriptions of Skaven lores of magic, the Lore of High Magic and the Lore of Dark Magic will no longer be displayed more often than the ones of any other lore of magic. Also, descriptions of skaven magic won't appear in a campaign loading screen anymore.
  
• Descriptions of your and enemy Legendary Lords will now more often be displayed in a battle loading screen. In vanilla game it is so only for Tiktaq'to, Tehenhauin and Ikit Claw. Other LLs can randomly (and rarely) pop up in any loading screen, regardless of whether you're playing for/against them or not. Unfortunately, there are no descriptions of LLs that came after The Prophet & the Warlock so they still won't appear during loadings.

Credit to Crynsos as I partly used his mod as a basis. It allowed me to transfer 262 TWW I‒II quotes to this mod much easier.

P. S. About differences between two mods. Loading Screen Quotes completely disables all tutorials and race descriptions that existed in launch version of the game. It also doesn't affect messages about LLs or lores of magic.
