Increased Unique SI Limits

Description
Increases the limits of Hunters, Chargers, Boomers, and Jockeys (except Spitters and Smokers) to 3 by default in co-op, allowing them to spawn in groups.

Note: May break and override certain custom campaign chapters that edit Special Infected limits, so for example, you might get hounded by Chargers on the first map of 4-Sided Coin when there normally aren't supposed to be any. You have been warned.

Only works in hosted local/dedicated servers.

I wasn't sure what this did at first, but through testing, I found out exactly:

This doesn't increase the overall spawn cap of SI, just lowers the amount of Spitters and Smokers, letting every other SI spawn in packs.

I like this. This is going in my collection for sure.
