Punch Daggers are Daggers

This mod adds some element associations so that Punch Daggers (Katars and punch daggers added by other mods included) will now count as Dagger Daggers for the purposes of abilities that want you to be using a Dagger. This includes the Shiftcloak's Backstep Shot, the Dual Strike passive, the Spy's Misericorde, and the Assassin's Twisting Fangs.

No longer makes Thousand Fists and Dual Strike incompatible. Now uses a different method to make sure both don't proc at the same time when using Punch Daggers. May be incompatible with other mods that override Dual Strike as the fix involves rewriting the ability.
