Updated English Translation for the Age of Wonder Mod.

This time I chose to retranslate the entire mod rather than keep the old translation because the english localization files included in the mod are from a very old version of Stellaris.

Translation done using Qwen3 8B and Gemini 2.5 Pro then manually checked line by line for term consistency. Please report any localization errors in the comment section below.

@themikecraftfeed No, this is only an english translation patch. Age of wonder is not updated for 4.1 yet. That said it works fine on 4.1. At least I did not encounter any issues playing with it on 4.1

Is this also patch that update original mod to version 4.1 Lyra and allow to play on newest version?
