does this mod conflict with twice mutate?

I might add options to this at some point.
Considering your mod's mechanics would you expect your mod to conflict with the old Mutant Plant Drop Seed mod?
Upon successful roll, a seed will drop with the same mutations plus 1 new random.
At maximum plant radiation, the chance is 40% for a parent with 1 and 20% with 2. Farming attribute has no effect.
Am I correct in assuming that this mod generally alters mutated plants to not be sterile anymore, restoring their seed drop chance? or does it only allow for a seed to drop upon the occurrence of a new mutation?
