Pistol Mod + Accurate Weapons

Description
A user request. Combines my Accurate Weapons mod with [Pistols] 8-round script (TLS) by Alex_D

Changes all pistols to 8 round magazines, and increases damage to 50. Removes weapon aim spread from all rifles, SMGs and pistols
