描述：
本人精校翻译，替换所有中国单位为中文语音。
添加部分语音背景音效，例如RWR雷达告警音，“敌跟踪”等
语音素材来自豆包AI

【使用方法】
如果希望替换所有语音为中文，可以打开编辑mod内Voice.ini，按说明操作即可

【备用使用方法】
如果模组管理器内启用本MOD后不起作用，可以将MOD语音包“cn”文件夹内容覆盖到 游戏根目录
Sea Power_Data\StreamingAssets\original\audio\Voiceover\us

MOD下载位置在\steamapps\workshop\content\1286220\3582838679
找不到可以搜索3582838679

【注意】
覆盖游戏文件后可能提示“游戏文件的内容与预期的哈希值不匹配，请关闭游戏，删除……”忽略即可

感谢大家的支持与建议，发布以来围绕配置文件做了四次更新，抱歉关于Voice.ini的作用机制还没有弄得太明白。听闻游戏开发组正在加紧制作官方中文语音，期待:wowsfishpalm:

Hey, you do not need to replace the default US voicelines.
If you go to the voice.ini and enter [China] as header, it will assign those voicelines to all Chinese ships
Also, you can just remove the [US] and [Soviet] sections if you do so. The game will automatically merge the files together
