Buildable Natural Tile – Fix

Description
Based on the original Buildable Natural Tile , this version fixes translation issues.

Features Supports
custom .po files for full multilingual localization.

Provides a PLib settings interface to adjust construction parameters, with the interface also supporting translations.

Currently supports both English and Chinese.
If desired, you can submit a translation on GitHub[github.com].

@coolbitch Fixed it. The maximum value is currently 1000 kg, but in the settings it shows as 1E+03.

Hello and thank you for updating this! However, I can't seem to change the tile mass and build mass? I have tried the config to put them to 500kg, but nothing changes at all. Also, would you consider making larger masses? I would love to build 1000kg or more. Have a good day!!
