L4D0's Common Infected (Fixed + 07 Styled Edits)

This was not just a copy and paste of L4D0's Commons. The commons needed lots of fixing to work properly with L4D2. This ♥♥♥♥ took way too long to fix for L4D2. I may have missed something, so let me know if I did.
I will cry if someone says I didn't do anything for this.

Includes:
Working gore for L4D0 Commons.
Working hitboxes for L4D2 gibbing.
My own little edits to some textures to match skin colors and to make the common male head look closer to its 07 version.
Removed the damage bodygroups that go unused in L4D2.
Removed L4D1 static baton from police so that the baton attachment worked properly.

Vinnie for their wounded textures and their discovery that you can just put $wound and $burning in the common_infected_shared vmt.
Theuaredead` for providing all of the L4D0 and TRS assests used in this addon.
MrShrouder for providing their QCs and for helping me remove the baton from the police's legs. :)
